- Consent: By submitting your video for Vocal Diagnostics, you provide explicit consent to process your audiovisual data for evaluation.
- Contract: Processing is necessary to perform the mentoring services you have purchased.
- Legal Obligation: For tax and accounting purposes (invoicing).
4. How We Use Your Data
- Evaluation: To assess your vocal potential and suitability for our programs.
- Mentoring: Individual sessions may be recorded for your educational review. These recordings are private and used solely for your progress.
- Communication: To send you program updates, invoices, and necessary instructions.
5. Data Retention & Security
- Video Recordings: We keep your diagnostic and session recordings only for the duration of the mentoring process or evaluation. Once the purpose is fulfilled (e.g., the program ends), they are deleted unless we have your explicit consent to keep them for a longer period.
- Third Parties: We use secure platforms (Stripe, Revolut, Zoom/Google Meet) to deliver our services. We never sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.

- Erasure (“Right to be forgotten”): You may request the deletion of your data at any time, provided it is no longer needed for legal/accounting obligations.
