1. Nature of Service

Singing Lightly provides professional vocal mentoring. This is an educational service, not a medical or therapeutic treatment. Individual results depend on the Student’s commitment; no specific physiological outcome is guaranteed.

2. Vocal Diagnostics (The Application Process)

• Non-Refundable Fee: The fee covers the Mentor’s expertise and immediate slot allocation. It is strictly non-refundable.
• Immediate Commencement: By paying, you request immediate service and waive the right to withdraw from the agreement once the transaction is completed.
• Outcome: Payment does not guarantee acceptance into mentoring programs. Selection is at the Mentor’s sole discretion.

3. Mentoring Programs (Cohort & 1-on-1)

• Payment: Invoices are due within 7 days. Participation is confirmed only after full payment.
• No Refunds: Due to limited slots and pre-allocated capacity, all program fees are non-refundable once the program commences.

4. Intellectual Property & Health

All materials are the sole property of Ondrej Mráz and may not be shared or recorded. The Student confirms they are in good vocal health; the Mentor is not liable for strain or injury.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovak courts.
